Ingredients: Eucalyptus, Mullein, Thyme, Licorice Root, Fennel Seed, Peppermint, Plantain, Ginger

Directions: Use 1-2 teaspoons of the blend per 8 ounces of hot water. Steep for 10-15 minutes, covered, to retain essential oils.

Strain carefully through a fine mesh or coffee filter to remove Mullein hairs which can cause minor throat irritation. Enjoy up to three times daily as needed.
